On behalf of construction companies, COP administers payables on an out-sourced basis, and provides consulting assistance to contractors asserting claims against other parties.

On behalf of lending institutions, COP operates escrow services to control project funds and pay project expenses, to support conventional lenders and participants in the Small Business Administration (SBA) construction lending program.
